I Agree to World Class Driving Consulting INC Terms and Conditions. I understand that my Zoom course must be completed in order of Day 1,2,3,4 Should I not be able to attend the 4 Days I will not be able to continue the course and NO refunds will be issues. Should I miss a ZOOM Class or NO Show, My file will be closed and transferred to our 30 hour Online E-Learning course.
I agree that I live in Collingwood and will be able to attend all in car lessons without any issues. The online theory 30 hours must be completed within 6 months from the date of first activation. Failure to complete the 30 hours of theory within the 6 months will result in an Administration fee of $250.00 + HST. All our Terms will be provided on Day 1 of In Classroom or Once I have accessed the ONLINE Learning System I will also upload a photo of my G1 under Step 1. The Participant hereby expressly waives and releases any and all liability on the part of, and covenants not to make or bring any claims which the Participant has or may in the future have against, World Class Driving School resulting from or arising out of or in connection with their attendance at and participation in the Training Program. If such a claim is brought for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing included to be released by this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement may be raised as, and shall be agreed to be considered to be, an estoppel and complete bar to any such claim, demand, action, chose in action, suit, proceeding or complaint as against World Class Driving School. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless World Class Driving School from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which allege negligent acts or omissions of World Class Driving School, unless such negligent acts or omissions are found by a court of law to constitute willful or gross negligence.I also agree that my file will and can be shared with MTO BDE Inspector or auditor. If I am under 18 Years of Age my Parents/Guardian authorize World Class Driving to process my request without any issues. I agree and understand that Once I start the E-Learning WCDCTO is NOT able to change to swap to another course. I also understand that my course is not exchangeable or transferable or refundable should I choose not to complete my online course within the set timelines of the school 6 months and by the BDE MTO of 1 year. My parents have also agreed to the terms and release WCDCTO from any damages.
