I agree that my credit card will be charged for the mentioned course fee as well any NO SHOWS/ Late Cancels/ Drive test booking fees and or any other fees that may occur during my course. My card will be also on file and used for any of the above mentioned fees. Lessons are booked via our online booking platform. Students are given access to the platform during the course. Should a client need to cancel, change, modify any lessons Clients must utilize the booking platform. When counting Days * The lesson date is not counted in the 5 day period* (1= Business Day)
I understand the course must be completed within 90-120 days from the start of the course. I also understand and agree that I am a local Secondary School Student and will be able to complete my course within ample time. Should I relocate to another town or city it's understood that I will ensure that my course is completed before I locate. The onus is on the client to complete the course within the set guidelines. In Car lessons are conducted in Collingwood, Ontario.
The Participant hereby expressly waives and releases any and all liability on the part of, and covenants not to make or bring any claims which the Participant has or may in the future have against, World Class Driving School resulting from or arising out of or in connection with their attendance at and participation in the Training Program. If such a claim is brought for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing included to be released by this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement may be raised as, and shall be agreed to be considered to be, an estoppel and complete bar to any such claim, demand, action, chose in action, suit, proceeding or complaint as against World Class Driving School. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless World Class Driving School from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which allege negligent acts or omissions of World Class Driving School, unless such negligent acts or omissions are found by a court of law to constitute willful or gross negligence. * There is a "Remote possibility of data security violations" and that World Class Driving Consulting Inc is and will not be responsible for any damages you may experience as a result. NO Refunds, Exchanges or pro-rated refunds are issued. Should a client not be able to complete the course within the set timelines NO Refund are issued. NO Extensions are permitted. Any threats/ verbal and or physical harm either by a parent, foster parent, client or guardian shall be removed from from our school and is not entitled to any refund.
*I understand that once my seat is confirmed and should I not be able to attend a in person class my file will 1. Be Transferred to E-Learning , OR 2. A New seat will be offered for the next scheduled in person course. OR A request to withdraw from the course with an Admin fee of $250.00 + HST.
Gift Cards/ Have NO Cash Value / Mycollingwood.ca Double Dollars NO CASH VALUE.
HST is applicable on all Gift Cards. NO transfers from online to in person or vice versa.

Clients grant World Class Driving Consulting Inc authorization to book, cancel, change and of modify any SERCO Drive Test Bookings by accepting the terms and conditions within.
The Ministry of Transportation requires all students to complete their full online Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course and in car lessons within 1 Year.
WC Policy states the Client must complete the online learning within 6 Months of the starting date of Course.
The in car lessons MUST be started within the 7-8 month timeline. * Administrative fee of $250.00 + HST will be applied to the account should a client not start in car lessons after 3 attempts to schedule in car lessons.
Should the client not complete the online process by the 6 months an administration of $250.00 + HST will be applied to the account. Should the client not be able to to complete the course within the set timelines The School will NOT issue any prorated and or refunds/ NO exchanges or transfers are not permitted. The onus is on the client to ensure that the file is completed to avoid any delays for expired files. * Terms and conditions are subject to change without Notice.
